The Speedmaster seat mount needs to be re-designed. It needs to be a bolt on plate utilizing the two smaller hex bolts, but with a center hole to allow access for the solo seat bolt hole. The conical post needs to then be a bolt with the same OEM conical post upper dimensions, but made longer and threaded so that it can mount into the same place as the solo seat bolt. The sides could be flattened to allow use of a wrench for tightening. This would allow us to quickly and easily change between seat styles without removal of the rear mudguard, thus allow us to change the look of these bikes as we wish.

I bought two (even though I've got a SpeedMaster with my OEM mid ship mounting hardware.) The OEM design is a PITA!
