If you want to retain your dual front brake setup, you will have to find a Thunderbird Sport wheel. These are expensive, and super hard to find.
If you don't mind losing a front brake, you can use the America hub. There is one on eBay right now.
Click Here After you source a hub, you will need to either find a 36 spoke 21" rim or have a blank one drilled.
Finding someone to lace and true the wheel should be the easiest part as most bike shops can do this.
If you don't want the hassle of finding all the right parts, you can do what I did. Get the hub and call Buchanan Spoke and Rim. They'll drill the rim of your choosing and lace and true the wheel. I think I paid $460 for mine.
