I don't know, Soren. I remember in another thread which was posted recently around here where one of our members questioned the logic of one of his co-worker's when said co-worker asked for his opionion if he should buy a motorcycle in order to save on gas. And, there were more than a few of us around here who basically said in that thread that if that was this guy's main reason for buying a motorcycle, then maybe he shouldn't buy it...and I have to somewhat agree with that opinion.

Not everybody, in fact, probably a very few of the general population should even consider riding a motorcycle, as it usually takes quite a while in order to master not only the operation of these babies, but even more importantly, it takes even longer to learn to ride well enough in order to ride in and around traffic and stay in one piece.

Where as anyone could immediately catch the bus or van, ride a bicycle, or even walk to get to where they're going without increasing their risk of injury, using a motorcycle to commute would realistically only help a very small number of commuters...those "brave enough" to attempt doing this.

And so, maybe that's why this agency didn't include motorcycles on their list.

(I mean think about it...you know how the average cager is out there don't cha?...Do you think those morons would have any clue about how to stay alive on a motorcycle, for pete sake???!!!)

Yep! Just like a good Single Malt Scotch, you might call me "an acquired taste" TOO.(among the many OTHER things you may care to call me, of course)
