allow me to go one step farther,, some people [and i'm POSITIVELY not referring to anyone in particular] do have patriotism as their religion,, no denying. now i'm gonna take a stand-----if you don't want to bow to a higher diety,,, or wave flags---- i'll lock and load for your belief's, that's what AMERICA is all about!!!!EVERYONE is strictly entitled to thieir own way of life, and shouldn't have to pander to anyone else's "higher opinion"

If you read the article about the puppy you find comments by some Muslims that reflect the same opinions most of us are expressing. The problem is not necessarily the Muslims as much as it is the servile groveling of public officials in the face of complaints by Muslims who may, or may not, reflect the opinions of the rest of the Muslims.
Political correctness will be the bane of Western Civilization.
We all like to think of ourselves as rugged individualists. But when push comes to shove most of us are sheep who do what we are told. Worst of all, a lot of us become unpaid agents of whoever is controlling the agenda by enforcing the current dogma on the few rugged individualists who actually exist.
