Well, I finally have the full story. Straight from the horses mouth on what happened. My boss was in the left lane and attempting to pass a city garbage truck when the truck moved into his lane without using any signal lights ( verified by the 4 witnesses that stopped to help ) This was all at about 50 miles per hour. He split his helmet open on the truck itself. and Broke his left Clavical and ribs when he hit the ground. The truck driver supposedly received 2 citations, one for failure to yield right of way and I dont know what the other one was. ( he thinks it was wreckless driving )
Well, theres one city employee that will probably be losing their job!
