Moral of the story is, " don't ride in other drivers blind spot". Either pull up past him or if your in heavy trafic, drop back so if he pulls over he doesn't hit you.
This same thing happened to me last week. Only the kid that was driving and didn't see me, pulled over all the way to the right hand turn lane from the left.
I was back about four feet and he went right buy. It was darn close though and caused a very severe pinch factor.
