"A chrome speedo cable retainer to replace the one that always breaks".....Hmmm, Frog now has over 37,000 miles, and the retainer is still in tact...You have to make sure the cable is centered (not touching) the retainer...Kimmy's was already broke when we bought her bike...

It's not much of a retainer if it can't actually touch what it's supposed to be retaining, is it?

I wish somebody made 80 twisted spoke, sealed wheels, with black powder coat rims and hubs. Then I could run tubeless tires. I am tired of pinching tubes, putting them on.

I'm not going back through this whole thread to check if this has been posted before. I want a kit for an oil bag style battery box like Grazuh's:
x2 : Sounds great to me, there is also so much unused storage space in that area that could be useful (the Freak toolbox is too small and takes too long to remove anyway)
TBA, Stainless extractors / drag pipes, 65mm over forward controls, Thruxton needles, 904cc, head ported, lowered 1-inch, Console removed, relocated battery box, Australia.

Does anyone make a battery box/storage compartment for the America? Was this one custom fabbed? If not, what was it and how was it installed?

I'd love to see an classy, aftermarket, direct bolt on replacement for that cheap, plastic POS instrument panel. It could even be an exact copy as long as it's made out of good old fashioned, honest to goodness metal. A decent selection of finishes wouldn't hurt either...
+1 on the extended fwd. control option too!

+1 on sixth gear and a better key position. also a windshield that give some actual protection and doesn't cause ridiculous amounts of buffeting. Are you listening Memphis Shades how bout a mount kit for the memphis slims, I've tried every possible combo using parts from various kits we had laying around the shop(Honda, Yamaha, Suzuki and Kawasaki) nothing gets the angle right. The shield looks great on the bike ( The fats is illuminated by the front signals/ running lights and is unsafe after dark)but no combo of available mounts will angle it correctly.

+1 on 6th gear, red rear signals and a turbo kit.
Also factory heated grips and a Triumph brand garage door remote. I've been thinking about getting the Harley *spit* one for my ride...

There are some HD rods that will work, I measured them but forget what ones they were.
My wish would be a replacement head with cam bearings so the bearings can be changed out instead of tossing the whole head in the scrap heap.

An extended cables kit so you can add Ape hangers or other high handlebars.
A different petrol tank that looks like a Bonneville tank (that dosn't have the idiot lights console) that fits straight on without too much modification.

You should extend the forward controls 2" instead, then you will still be able to reach the handlebars. Worked great for me and I'm over 6'3.

If you go with twin miniguns, you would have to add a sidecar for the ammo, but it sure would come in handy over here, too.
I'm speeding because I have to get there before I forget where I was going.
