I'm with ya on that one brother, How in the hello can you have a medium and a large but you do not have a small?
I told a manager at Wendy's one day if you have two sizes ya got small and large I don't care what Corporate calls it, blew the kids mind. 
PS, I've been in the coffee biz for 27 years. It's what I do. This thread has been fun, some are very knowledgeable and some are well.....
