Sorry, I'm not sure about the passenger floorboard thing, but I'm sure somebody around here will pipe in about that for ya.
And speaking of pipes...A whole lot of people around here seem to like their Sceptre exhaust systems, but if you're looking to just slightly increase your exhaust noise level, you can always do what I have done(and a few other around here too) and drill a half inch hole through the first forward baffle in your mufflers. I've found doing that will increase the sound a decent level without becoming too loud, and gives it a deeper resonance too. And of course, is a very inexpensive method also.
And regarding the seat, well, that's probably best left to your own judgement as everybody would have their own opinion regarding their personal preferences for fit/comfort/looks.
