Here it is about 5:30 in the morning. I am still at work in Spokane from yesterday at 7:30 in the morning still trying to get this voip phone system working. The contracters decided last might about 10:30 that the system was corupted and had to start over programming it from scratch. To make things worse the company that does the data circuit screwed up. I am tried. I am glad that I am not meeting Freedom until Sunday.

Soren,
Sounds like you & my brother have very similar occupations & frustrations.
Let's see, I hit the Pacific time zone at the little pass outside of town, where Montana turns into Idaho. Does that mean I leave an hour later or earlier? It's all very confusing.

LOL... IF you want to get there at 1:00, then you need to leave your place at about 1:00 your time.
BTW... we finally got everything working at about 6:30 yesterday morning.

Thats not one of the 3Com nbx systems is it? We spent a whole weekend getting ours to work and it took a complete version upgrade to do it.

Nope it's a Nortel system. Before this weekend we had already done three of our other branches about a month ago and so far it seems to be reliable, if it is programmed right to begin with and if the data circuit is configured correctly.
John, it was good having lunch with you today!

Ya, it was good catching up with you yesterday Soren, Be sure to thank Mr Cat, excuse me, Cummins for lunch. Ride safe home, it's supposed to be another hot bugger. My body is still adjusting to the sudden 40dF jump. There was a residual snow bank on top Thompson Pass, I was tempted to lay in it jh

Just got back from Spokane. All in all, it was just about a 1000 mile weekend. The ride back was fairly uneventful, hit a little bit of rain for about 5 minutes around Umitila and fought the swirling winds for about 60 miles in the Columbia Gorge. Here are pictures of Freedom with our bikes (not at the Manzanita overlook) at the Snake Pit. Soren
