Well yesterday we moved the last of Nancy and Adam's things into my house, she also took the time to remind me it was four months to the day for the wedding. Ah, wuv!!
My life as a bachelor has finally come to an end, not with a big bang but a whimper. Perfectly expressed by the fact that my house now has a large (and lovely) potted plant at the front entrance and I can now look through a decorative stained glass fish on my kitchen window sill out onto my new herb garden. Sweet!!
Now where did we pack those doilies......

What's that saying? Oh, yah!
"Be careful of what you wish for, because it might just come true"
At work the expression is..."Who moved my cheese"
Don't worry about the wedding, it will go by like a ton of bricks, at just under the speed of sound.
All kidding aside, enjoy the ride it should be a blast.

Funny, Nina and I have been married now (to each other) for longer than we were single. When you have been with someone for over half your life, it seems as though there have always been potted plants and stained glass fish. Good luck to you, Sir. I hope you find it to be as life altering as you fear, but in the best way.

My GF has been throwing out hints, lately, too. She asked if we really 'needed' three cars and a motorcycle and suggested that we could sell her Boxster and my M Roadster, get a Cayman S instead as the 'fun' car, and keep the 'safety car' as a daily driver. This was tempting , but I countered that we would then not have a convertible to play in on sunny days . I think she pretty much knows better than to suggest getting rid of the Speedy... Smart girl.

It'll be great John, just ask for permission now to do anything you want in the future... M and I lived together for a year or two then tied the knott, funny plants appeared from nowhere then --- Maybe it's a female thing Im sure you'll be happy bro

If you haven't done it yet, now is the time to pick your side of the bed. Decide carefully, it's a permanent choice.

Now, how many have really had a choice about that? It's an automatic thing, she gets the side nearest the bathroom door no matter what.

Makes no difference in the end. She WILL re-arrainge the room as soon as you're comfy with it! Watch out for the silverware drawer switch, it'll drive ya crazy! later, Tom.
But, what do I know?

OHHHHH!!!!! Yesterday more stuff was getting unpacked and she switched out all of the silverware. Why? Because hers is better and now she wants to go plate shopping. It's like a slow castration.

OK Wojo,
When you bought your bike a few years ago, you just couldn't leave well-enough alone, swapped out the seat and tinkertinkertinker......
Think of this in the same light, and you'll both be fine-cheers old boy

Although it sounds like I'm complaining, she gets to read everything or I tell about it after I've posted. She got a great sense of humour, she'd have to to stay with me.
