Yep appeal it, if he doesn't have a radar read out that he can prove is her or follow her for a mile then there is no grounds for the ticket. At least that's how it works in PA. Just hearing her take off doesn't indicate speed just RPM. Maybe she was still in first and only going 20 at 6,000 RPM or what ever the ratio would be on that bike. If you fight any speeding ticket where there is more than just you on the road any fair judge should find you not guilty since it is really impossible to prove who was clocked with a radar. Here if you plead not guilty the cop will pull you aside before the hearing and cut a deal for your guilty plea. Lower the speed and drop points, always.
