I joined the Mrs. Dill's 1%ers & lawless outlaws club on Saturday,
and got pinched for (gasp!) not wearing a seat belt in my pickup.
I usually wear one, but was on a one mile short trip.
I was wondering if it's a punishment for the officers to have that duty,
standing along the road eyeballing seat belts.
I would have to think they'd much rather be doing something else.
The fine is $37, but I plead not guilty regardless of the charge.
Maybe I'll request a jury trial.
