I'm not really a fan of beer, but that sounds very interesting. How might one acquire a sample from 1000 miles away?

Samual Adams all the way. Great for drinking. Darn good for cooking.

I'm not sure it would be classified as beer but if you take a coconut and knock out one of the "eyes" then drop in a handful of raisins, plug the hole and leave it out in the sun for about 3 weeks. If its not good, at least its cheeep.
Yes! I am a Redneck. Any Problems?

I live in Burton upon Trent which has a looooong history of brewing. Marstons produce a few nice tipples . One of my favourites is Owd Rodger

Have to agree, Fat Tire is definitely on my short list here in US. Depending where I'm at... - Fat Tire - Anchor Steam - Leinenkugel's Red - Pilsner Urquell - Shiner Bock - Sam Adams - Red Hook ESB sorry, you said one...? I can't stop.

Very hard to pick just one beer. There are so many nice beers. But I have to confess, in my opinion, very few of them are brewed this side of the pond. But i am bias. I have a tendancy to prefer the Real Ales brewed in the old country.

Dinqua makes a brew I'd like to call Double Trouble Delicious, nutritious, and I do believe with a very high alcohol content
One or two of those and I was ready to mow down 6 or 8 parked motorsickles back at NE '06
Yee Hah!
Way back at the dawn of time during an 18 year old (read-16) drinking age era that I miraculously survived, we used to drink mass quantities of Ringnes Special. Heavy skunk factor. Cellar temp Guiness on tap is mighty tasty. I believe Guiness is not unlike FL oranges or GA peaches - they keep the good stuff at home, and send the lesser out for the out of town masses. Whatever they did with the bottled Guinness is fairly awful. I believe I'd rather glug down a can of hot Carbon Tet, thank you
For domestic watery beer, it's hard to beat PBR, in tall boy issue if you please.
