As Oldroadie has adequately covered the "who has copied who" aspect ... it makes no sense to touch on it.

To explain myself though, I was referring to brand heritage (if you see my previous ... and all posts), of which Victory has none.
My only comment on this brand is limited to that I think the Vision looks horrendous.

To further elaborate on my line of thinking, picture this ...

I have owned an assortment of bikes over the last 30 years (nearing 40 bikes) and have always had between 2 and 4 bikes in my stable (currently 3).
If one were to add an American bike (which I have never owned) just for fun (as stated in my original post), the logical choice (for me) if I were to look US-wards would be a brand that reeks of Americana history.
I think this should at least be perceived as understandable.

My choices would therefore be limited to either Harley (possibly the Cross-Bones) or Indian (if it exists and if there is a bike to my liking).

Victory doesn't and cannot fit into this equation.

It's that simple ... and what (and all) I said in my original post.
