Homeric
ADJECTIVE:
1. Of, relating to, or characteristic of Homer, his works, or the legends and age of which he wrote.
2. Heroic in proportion, degree, or character; epic.

And thanks for proving my point that you cannot substantiate your claim that I bash Triumph vertical twins in this forum - or anywhere.

To quote Vincent Gambini, Esq., "I'm finished with this guy."

Sire,

I happen to KNOW what Homeric means ... blame it on my surroundings and upbringing if you will.
... and I certainly don't need GOOGLE either, I have read Homer's writings in the original ANCIENT GREEK language, which I happen to speak fluently.

14 lines does not constitute a rambling Homeric post ... geddit?

You have avoided all the points I clearly made in my previous posts.

Similarly, ... you still haven't told us what was your point when asking me if I had ridden Harleys, Indians or Victory?
(BTW have you ridden an Indian or a Harley?)
I ask again what does that have to do with how I think they LOOK?

"Bed, thanks for acknowledging that your background in American v-twin motorcycles is somewhat limited."

No great loss ... my touring habits never allowed me to indulge in what was until recent years considered unreliable junk, even though I can afford it.

I may one day invest in an HD or Indian of my liking ... you know ... a brand with a little ... American heritage.
(Which is precisely what I said in my original post).

Bedouin. Blessed are those eyes that have seen more roads than any man! (Homer).
