Had the day off today so I went to work on homemade solo finishers. I wanted to save money and make something more functional. After a lot of beers this is what I came up with.

I'm waiting for my load equalizer to come in to put new mirrors/signals on front. I'm also going to paint the diamond board black, but it works for now. I'd like to get a beer bottle opener instead of a coke one, if anyone's got one.

They woulda looked a bit better if you followed the angle of the frame at that point. At first glance it looks like you just slapped any 2 pieces of diamondplate on there with some misc. hole drilled in them.

I got the gaiters from newspeedmaster.com. I think I'll shave the finishers down to not such an angled look and paint them black, then hopefully they won't stick out so bad. I would have tilted them more forward, but the corner was hitting the sprocket cover.

Very cool. Looks like you got enough room for a mini keg on the back and you could run the tubing down the frame for the spigots. It'd be worth it just to watch the cops try to find something illegal.
