I have a Palm Treo 700wx and the CoPilot GPS program and a stand alone GPS receiver which works well riding in my shirt pocket. It works well and I have my cell phone, PDA and GPS all in one unit. I mounted it with the RAM Mount System and everything works well except for the glare on the screen.
