They are pretty easy. I found doing the throttle side a bit of a fiddle with the cables but not too bad. Do the throttle side first and then match the angle on the other side. I didn't use the plastic spacer supplied, just slackened off the mounting screws and moved the switch gear and lever mounts up a tad. Remember to do that on the clutch side before you get gluing.
