Start a letter writing campaign to Triumph headquarters. I know they have certain standards of what they want their dealers to look like, number of models on the floor at a time, yearly quota, etc, but maybe some persistent pushing from a couple people in the area would get them to budge.

I can understand the idea of wanting every dealer to meet a certain standard, but I hate the levels some companies to go where it's like Walgreens - everything is exactly the same except the street it sits on.... dealers should all be a bit unique!
