yeah, I really like that look, but I dont think it would work on spokes, IMO they would need to be a sort of mag wheel. I thought about doing that with an old Honda of mine with the comstar wheels, but the engine locked up on me on the highway one day and I never had the chance.

Anybody remember Tommy's bike? Or have pics of it? A sweet red, black and chrome masterpiece.

Tommy´s bike is so cool!

There are so many nice Americas and Speedmaster on this site each in their own way, but if i where to pic one that stands out from the rest his bike is the one!

(Sorry for hijacking the tread skydivejeff, your bike is up there in the top too!)

This photo taken this evening in front of my driveway...is exactly the thought I had about rim painting. Change the colours.

Way freakin' cool ride. What model shocks are they and what length? Did you replace the forks and brakes with a standard bonneville to get the single disc and black forks? What about the springer seat. Gotta get the details about that one. Any engine mods other than the airbox removal?

Maybe we can get together for a ride. I am down the river in Wilmington. I have some buddies who are still stationed at Bragg and I head up that way every now and again. Have a good one!
