They do not have a cut out switch, non of the old CB range do. BUT, they do have a safty system built into the stand. There is a black rubber thingy that sticks out form the end of the stand. If you ride off with the stand down and it hits the ground, the black rubber thingy will flip the stand up. It works, looks like it shouldnt, but it does. I should know. As a newby rider all those years ago i needed it to work on a number of occasions.
