I don't think it would be a slam dunk fit but find one and measure it! From the saddlebag brackets we know the frame rail bolts are the same distance apart front to rear but we also know the rails of the magna taper less than the America. You can use a spacer for the brackets but I'd be less comfortable about a rack. The critical thing would be measuring the rails side to side and the shape of the rails on each side.
