I removed the end baffle, which was difficult because it is welded to the pipe, and I didn't want to damage the chrome.
the next baffle, however, is welded to the perforated lining and I knocked it out in just a few minutes. It sounds great to me, not at all loud. I didn't really want to do any irreversible mods, but on two separate occassions I had admirerers say "start it up, I want to hear it". I also had a cager try to change lanes on top of me.
