The line for the right caliper is piggybacked onto the left caliper's banjo bolt fitting. The master cyclinder is the same.
Yup.. and that puts a brake line going over the top of the fender, which is what I was trying to avoid. Assuming I can find another T-bird sports wheel I want to put the double banjo in the master and have two completely seperate (braided steel) lines, one going to each caliper. Either that or have a single line from the master to a splitter from another bike (large virago for example) mounted below the lower triple tree, with the two lines coming from that to the calipers.
Yet to find out for sure if the Speedmaster and America have the same master cylinder - anyone out there who knows or has a parts list that can check part numbers for me?
