I rode my TBA to the rally in Longview TX a couple of weeks ago. I had the only Triumph in the whole rally. Kept thinking I might get a prize. Rally was 99.9 percent Harley. I just don't know what the heck is wrong with these people. I did get a really nice Triumph patch out of the deal for my jacket.
The highlight was the no shirt contest late Saturday night. I would have posted pictures but my phone does lousy photography in the dark. It was to be a wet shirt contest but they just went straight for the glory.
Coolest part was every time I went to check on my bike their was a small crowd around it with every body telling stories about their dads or uncles having one when they were younger.

I thought the idea was to post about events in the ride section before they actually happened so you could share in the "glory" with your fellow triumph riders!

If you want to see great Triumphs in Texas go to the following rallies:
New Ulm (which you've just missed)
the Harvest Classic, or
Lake O' The Pines.
