yes that is what is bowled at the stumps....... by the bowlers on the team that
is out but not in, and defended by the batsmen that are as FT points out,
out and not out and are
in until they are out and then
go in unless they stay out because they are not out and therefore don't have to
go in the wicket is actually the complete playing area i.e. the two sets of stumps 22 yards apart and approx 2 yards wide
