I just returned from taking a few days off with my GF. We spent the last three days in the Ozarks and stayed in a log cabin on Lookout Mountain off of Highway 7 about 7 miles outside of Jasper and about 40 miles from Eureka Springs. If the weather holds up, the riding in AR will be absolutely beautiful this weekend. The leaves are almost ready to turn on their full colors, and the temps are crisp but bearable in the mornings and PERFECT for riding later in the mornings and into the afternoons. Most of the roads in AR like Highway 7 are twisty two lane blacktops and VERY well maintained. We started out this morning around 7:30 to return to Little Rock, and we left the top down on the roadster the whole way. In fact, we never put the top up the whole time. The views on the way back were absolutely gorgeous as we looked down into the fog filled valleys of the Ozarks in the early morning light. With little traffic that time of morning, I was able to open Emmy up and thoroughly enjoyed the chance to put her through her paces in the twisties as I snicked the gears up and down through the turns. Can't wait to have the same experience on the Speedy in a couple more days with you guys.

For those of you who have never ridden the country highways of Arkansas (especially in the fall), I think you're going to have the time of your lives.

I am humbly suggesting that the "Arkansas Rally" be renamed the "Razorback Rally."
