Ah ...contraire me fine French wannabe. The post merely introduces a truth as to the wearing of various apparel or the lack of it in this neck of the woods. Indeed the two types of bikes tend to illustrate different types of riders.
You do not for the most part see the crotch rocket crowd up on the slab much except for the short bursts they do in commuting.
Out in the open rode running for hours on end are your cruisers and sport/touring rides.
As to what is worn...its an open book but the types of bikes follow their respective stereotypes with an alarming regularity for the most part.
