I also use sunblock, except on my forehead, don't like it dripping in my eyes. You can get a sunburn thru a clear visor....<G>

Nobody said you were dumb....just hotter than I am when I ride without all the gear.
You can pontificate all you want but at 105 a T-shirt is just fine for me and plenty of water to stay hydrated.
Its all personal preference. What is comfortable for you would no doubt be to hot and restrictive for others.
Do as you will in your own world and make no judgements on those of us who choose to live our riding lives our own way.
