There is a helmet company in CA that still owes me a helmet or my money. I went through Google checkout and it didn't work nearly as well as paypal.
I have been burned once through paypal(on a bad ebay seller), and they will get your refund eventually. I got 20 bucks right off and when the woman started up a new acct a year later, paypal got me the other 100 bucks.
