simply unbelievable.... ordered two float bowl seals on May 6th... still don't have them.. Did the service chat and was told they shipped so there is nothin they can do.....
I highly recommend that if you temporarily lose your mind and you do any business with these guys, do it with caution and limited expectations....

They are fast compared to my experience with a certain other vendor that you are not allowed to speak poorly of.Any other vendor rant away but not him.

Other than longish waits on parts that had to come straight from old blighty, I haven't had any problems with them. I wish they were faster but heck, I wish I had a decent dealership within several hours ride.

And this seems to be more related to triumph parts. I'v order polaris and kawasaki parts from them and got them reasonably quickly.

Yep! Just like a good Single Malt Scotch, you might call me "an acquired taste" TOO.(among the many OTHER things you may care to call me, of course)

Here's a link to my experience with them. Sorry you didn't spot it before ordering. I hope they come close to sending you the correct stuff. Never again! Regards, Tom

This thread is about one vendor, not all. Have you ever ordered from BikeBandit?

Ordered a few times, and other than one lengthy wait on a part for a Goldwing, I've never had any real bad experience with them.

Maybe not but how fast do you think my thread would be deleted if I started it? But the same isn't true for any other vendor.

You might be surprised. I can't speak for the other mods, but I probably wouldn't delete it. But I probably wouldn't let it go without comment, either.

I obly use them as a last resort.. I orderd a set of bowl gaskets once,, 5 weeks later they showed up,, so 4 weeks and 3 days after the bike left the shop I got my parts.. And their prices are pretty high if you ask me.. I can get the same price at the local dealer with out the shipping charge.. I do use them as a pricing guid sometimes tho... Saves me the phone call on factory parts..
Dont like what you see??? Big red X in the top right of your screen will fix it!

Read what I wrote here so you can stop steering this thread elsewhere.

Follow up- AKA: Live and Learn...
Parts finally arrived. 10 minutes later my 6 year old and I had the seals replaced. Bike is golden now...
Pricing from the Bandits is OEM MSRP. S&H is high.
If you have a dealer closer give them the business. (in one way or the other). I did not think I would be by my local(1hr 15 minutes away) dealer but since this has transpired I've been able to swing by twice.... The local dealer is fairly inept though as I have had to return wrong parts on two occasions and have the wrong Pilot Jets sitting here to return....
My choices are limited to bad and worse...

While there are still problems for people with BikeBandit, the best thing about their site is the diagram-based ordering. It's awesome. Now if they could just work on their supply chain for OEM parts a little more.

True, It is nice to look up a part on BB and see a drawing with all the details for whatever reason, even if you are just trying to get yer carbs back together and forgot which order the pieces went... mike
