also may have to pull bulb out of dash and leave it out. There are ways to leave the bulb in but you will have to ad some diodes. Definately change the flasher. http://www.superbrightleds.com/tail-brake-turn.html

I believe ours is the CF13GL-02. That is the one that i ordered and is working fine. You could also add load resistors but they get real hot.
