Rocket Motorcycle is recommending a SuperTrapp exhaust for my TBA. Anyone familiar with these?

I would toss one of theirs on my bike in a heartbeat. I didn't know they even made one. Is it a one off custom job for you? If not, is it two/two or two into one?
By the way, SuperTrapp are the King of the high performance exhaust world over in HDland. They make a superior product, not just good, way better.
If you get some of these, ride over so I can check them out ok?

They (supertrapp) have universal pipes that the shop might be using.

The dealer is trying to arrange for me to see the system on another customer's bike this Saturday. I don't have any idea what they would look or sound like on a TBA but it's what they recommend I install. The SuperTrapp site (http://www.supertrapp.com/)does not list pipes for a Triumph.

Hey Silvergator, could you take a camera with you Saturday and maybe post a couple pics on this sight so the rest of us can see what these SuperTrapps look like?

And perhaps get some specific information about the part numbers they are using?

I'll get the info and pics but the trip to NY to show off for Dinqua will have to wait. Sounds like a fun trip though!

The piglet came with a Supertrap 2->1. Didn't like it.

I took my TBA in for the 500 mile service today however the owner with the SuperTrapp exhaust cancelled but indicated that next week would be good. The dealer said that the exhaust is a custom system they put together. They also are replacing the right pipe which has turned blue and adding chrome rear peg supports and sprocket cover. BTW, I had a fun 120 mile mountain ride before taking it in and the TBA is so silent, I could hear the Harleys before I could see them around the curves.

So how did you get them to warranty the blue pipe? Mine was turned down by my dealer and calls to Peter Carleo have not been returned.

Just a good dealer - or maybe good customer. Mark said they were double walled and shouldn't turn so they would take care of it under warrenty. I don't even recall asking. BTW, the chrome sprocket cover had a tiny defect in the chrome and they are sending it back for a new one. Strange concept - if they keep the customer happy, he may come back for more goodies! I think it also helps that they only sell and work on Triumphs.

My dealer said that they wrote it up and submitted it to Triumph and it was denied. Maybe I need to call Triumph and talk to someone else?

I put a photo of the SuperTrapp silencers in my Photo Gallery at http://www.bonnevilleamerica.com/photopost/showgallery.php?cat=646

I'll try to find a way to leave a hotlink but it's under Silvergator. I liked the sound and both owners with SuperTrapps reported that the bikes seems much stronger. Unfortunately, I like the looks of the stock slash cut pipes better but I might go with the SuperTrapps anyway. BTW, my bike is in the background.

Nice looking pipes. Went to the Supertrapp we site would have liked it better if they had a sound byte.Any feedback on your pipes and are they listed in the universal section ? Good price /200.00/ also
