It's my understanding that the stock Speedmaster gunfighter seat was just a little too wide for the Pro-Tac backrest. Greas had the backrest with a Speedmaster seat in Georgia, and had to "notch" out each side of the seat to make it fit. Somebody else also posted recently about the Pro Tac not working w/ the Speedmaster seat without modification.
