Can somebody translate? I didn't get all that. I mean, I got the overall gist of it. But the route from point A to point B is a little foggy.

The only time I risk putting it in neutral in traffic is if I'm surrounded by stopped vehicles and only if my hand is killing me. But I still watch the light and the mirrors and put it in gear just before the light changes so I'm ready.
