I know some people put thier bikes in nuetral when waiting at a red light. Yeah yeah I know you like to rest your left hand,its more comfortable,you look cooler with your left hand down reving the motor with the right blah blah blah.
Well I saw a guy on a snortster almost get clobbered from behind doing that yesterday. Guy was sitting at light (being cool).
Light changed. While guy was fumbling around to get it in first,Cage behind him started to go.Luckily the cage realized the bike wasnt moving and lock them up just in time to stop about an inch short of the snortie's back tire.
Yeah the cager had his head up his rectum. But those are the types we have to watch out for. In this case a little defensive tactic would have prevented a near miss that could have been a hard hit.
