They're not.
Some irresponsible riders are doing stupid things while on the bikes.
People do stupid things on cruisers too, as a matter of fact some of the vids have been posted here, like the dude trying to stand up on his HD and it gets away from him.
Look around the net, there's no shortage of idiots on bikes-all kinds (bikes that is).
Then there's the just ignorant, "rice rockets"
As if the Japanese are the only ones who make sport bikes
