I say to each his/her own. However, to say crotch rockets are safer than cruisers is quite ignorant. It's not the bike, unless the bike is a pure piece of crap, it's the rider. Crotch rockets have their place just like the cruisers. But I don't know of any rocket riders that have done 500+ miles in a day and still want more. I definately respect the bike, unfortunately most of the riders I've seen are seriously lacking sense.
