My younger brother just got back from Norway where his Indian chopper won the show "Oslo Open". The pic here is not that good, but I'll post better ones later. His bike is built around an Indian PP100 engine and check the front fork out!!!

Total length of the bike is around eleven and a half feet...

Ah, you nordic types really do like your forks on the long side, don't you? Congratulations to your brother!

Well, it's not a bike to use for your daily commuting, that's for sure.

With that fork, they'd make him pay double for parking in California. That's a good looking bike, like we used to have back when we were allowed to have fun.

As promised - Here are some more pics of my brother's creation:

Now, that's what I call a fooooork...

Fuel- and oil-lines are copper plumbing. You can also see some raw brass and a hand-tooled seat...

The girls are just as blond in Norway as here in Sweden.

One happy baby brother of mine ;-)

Stretched out and s-l-a-m-m-e-d...

I'm truly happy for him. His dream is to build bikes full-time, and this is a good start - right?

So I see the primary belt is shiny and clean, how'd he do it? How did he get the lettering off?

Hehe... The clutch is engaged by turning the left handle, left footboard doubles as a shifter and the rear brake is engaged by the right footboard.

Just got home from Custom Bike Show in Norrtälje, Sweden, where my brother won the chopper (non HD) class. Third place total (all classes together) gave him a contract to compete in Mainz, Germany in March -09 - The European Championship. Did I say he's my brother?

Again congratulations Bengt!

I particularly like his practical innovations/additions (below).

Big for your brother Bengt...

I know you talked about him having a Indian motorcycle... guess he modified it a bit to get it like this!
