Hi Lee...that's what happened to me. Dealer got all the parts in.....then I received the Clearview Screen and when I went to install it...no upper yoke brackets. Dealer gave me a set of brackets for a Summer Screen which pushed the top arms out 2"s setting the screen straight up and down....no slope. Dealer is now ordering me the correct brackets....sorry....no part number as he just emailed me saying the order was placed. Today, I made some brackets out of 1/8" x 1" steel.....2" long with two holes about 1&1/4" apart. Worked like a charm and sloped the shield back nicely. Look at the rubber washers in the kit...each mounting spot takes a rubber bushing and a foam washer....creates a bit of a problem as there's excess rubber because we're not using those chrome strips which is a double thickness for the top holes. At first I left off the foam washer, but gaps appeared around the chrome finisher. Then I added a round star washer , I call them, under the chrome finisher and used the foam washer against the plastic. Better thickness now. Also, without the chrome strips, the small screws are a bit too long and won't tighten down very much...they bottom out. When the new brackets arrive, I may grind them down just a bit. The bottom two fasteners lined up and worked well with the two washers in place...just a bit of a problem with the long screws. There's a lot of curve to the upper part of the screen, making tweaking the upper arms a bit tricky...a second pair of hands here makes life a lot easier. I seem to be rambling on here....not as bad as it sounds. Took 5 weeks to get the Clearview. Making some custom lowers tomorrow as there's a lot of air coming up from below around the tank. Let us know how you get on with your Clearview install. Don

Don,

Thanks for the information. I've got another 3 weeks or so for the screen to arrive.

Making some temporary brackets sounds easy enough if the wrong brackets show up. My dealer isn't charging me for the upper brackets as he believes they were supposed to be included with the upper fixing kit.

This is all such a pain. Hopefully Fast Eddy will soon arrive at a bracket solution that will work with the Memphis Shade screens so that others won't have to deal with this. I was going to wait on Eddy, but had already ordered the Clearview before he got closer to a solution.
