I'm not sure anyone said the flyscreen helped with the "face", but whem I place my hand outside of the screen at speed ans then move it across my body to the other side the wind is a non factor rom right behind the flyscreen all the way back to the front of my jacket. It's very still air from the lower chest up to the neck.
