I got an 18 tooth,works fine for me.I think the 19 tooth would dog it down tooooooo much.Maybe with the BB kit it would be fine.I also wonder how the 19 tooth would take out.I think you might have to slip the clutch to much,I do not know.The 18 tooth weems ok for me.My wife hardly rides with me,but I can tell it more with a passanger on the back than with the lower gearing.There is always a trade off when changing something from stock.
