The only drawback I found with a 19 toofer (and a 42) is the engine works pretty hard and lugs at under 3,500 RPM. If memory serves, top gear wanted more like 3,700 or 3,800 under load to smooth out the engine.
It takes a little extra clutch slip and throttle to launch them too, so as not to hear the pistons slap.
The on highway part is great though. Not so great around town, but you can get used to it.
