I bought a 2003 BA in 2004 that had been on display in a department store for 18 months. The warrantee was the same, the price was lower and by the time I sell it the actual model year won’t matter.

I’d want to know why it was still unsold but if there is no reason to think there was a problem I’d grab it.

We all like to think of ourselves as rugged individualists. But when push comes to shove most of us are sheep who do what we are told. Worst of all, a lot of us become unpaid agents of whoever is controlling the agenda by enforcing the current dogma on the few rugged individualists who actually exist.
