ive seen a couple other things cause a dead acting cylinder when spark was present,
you should have ES or extended reach spark plugs, if you by chance put a non ES spark plug in it that cylinder may fire weakly or not at all. the other would be something affecting the compression so checking that could rule out a few things. just remember to hold the throttle WFO ...just some thoughts should electrical suddenly be ruled out.
