I'm off to Spain myself in just under three weeks time. Me and a mate are catching the Pont Aven from Plymouth to Santander and heading west through the Picos de Europa towards Santiago de Compostella where I shall be meeting up for a beer or two with another old school mate from thirty plus years ago.
After that, we shall be heading south to Portugal from where we shall return to Santander for the ferry via Salamanca and Burgos.
Can't wait to get on a decent Spanish road since many of those we have here in Kernow (Cornwall) are riddled with potholes and are so worn that they resemble something out of Africa!
