You might want to check these guys out too.
Mutazu I got a good deal on an Emgo trunk off ebay. It came with a backrest pad mounted to it. I found that even after removing the pad, there wasn't enough luggage rack to mount it securely, and it wouldn't open all the way - lid hits the sissybar. Just some points to consider.
It may all work well with the pad left on and the sissybar removed, but then you have to put spacers on the luggage rack bolts to take up the clearance from removing the sissybar....
