I'm not excusing the bike rider and that's why I said "all drivers scare me". I have no problem with cars; I drive several of them. Well, trucks, but I do believe that enclosed vehicles insulate inexperienced drivers from the realities of the road. Just look at the tailgaters in the rain - they have no clue of what can happen and then blame the weather as the cause of their inevitible accidents. It wasn't the weather - it was their inability to compensate for the weather and maneuver or STOP in time!

I subscribe to the theory that almost every accident is preventable.
