I have a guy in MA who charges $10 per foot to ceramic coat pipes includes prep but I always do my own. Bead blast then sand in gradual increments to 220 grit. Once coated they can be buffed with aluminum polish. You'll be real happy. Just google ceramic coaters within a 25 mi radius of your castle, you might be surprised how many places do it.

Do you know the total price for a pair of headers and how long it would take to turn them around?



I used New England Industrial Coatings in Worcester, MA. Bob, Scott and the guys are real cool and reasonable. They also ceramic coated my brackets etc. for a Harley I did over the winter. I made the mistake of telling them no rush,(it was winter) so they didn't. When I called and said : hey, I need them, they banged 'em out. I would always look for a spare set to have done if it was my only bike; 0 down time.
